Seahawks tame the Grizzlies in week two of CDMFA midget season play.
The Seahawks defense came to play today applying pressure and forcing the Grizzlies to punt only a few plays into the game. #65 Mikhail Biggs put his stamp on the drive by blocking the punt and forcing a 24-yard loss on the play. #42 Joel Gbalou added to the Grizzlies misery by slashing his way into the end zone only two plays later with a 15-yard TD run. The defense continued to apply the pressure finishing the half with 2 sacks, 1 interception, 1 field goal block and 4 forced fumbles all while the offense added another 27 points to finish with a 30-0 lead at the half.

The Seahawks set the tone by starting the 2nd half off with an 85-yard kick return by #42 Joel Gblou. The Grizzlies tried to rally in the 3rd scoring two touchdowns, but the Hawks defense locked it down with 2 more sacks and 2 safeties to end the game. The Seahawks were just too much for the Grizzlies today defeating them 45-14.
