U19 Registration Information

Registration is opening January 11, 2026

Edmonton Seahawks are proud to provide almost all the equipment for your child to play. Only cleats and a girdle are required. The U19 team is a co-ed team.

After completing your online registration, at the first practice of the season parents are expected to provide the following: 

  • Equipment Deposit PAD Form
    • This is returned upon equipment return
  • Birth certificate or Alberta Health Care Card for age verification
  • School Report Card

Practice schedule will be available on the website and through the SportsEngine App.

Location: Foote Field (11601 68 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB)

Indoor Practices: February 1 - March 23

Saturdays: 8:30 am - 10:30 am

Sundays: 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Outdoor Practices and Games: Mar 25 - May 11

Fundraising

Fundraising Fee (Chocolates) $200 You will receive two boxes of chocolates. You keep the funds from selling the chocolates. Once full registration fees are paid, chocolates hand out will be scheduled.

 

Equipment Deposit PAD Form of $400 is required on the first day of practice.

  • Refund request prior to first practice: $450 refund
  • After the first practice: $310 refund
  • After registration deadline: no refunds

Payment plans using credit cards can be set up online.

Payment Dates can be broken down into three payments:

  • Registration Date

  • Equipment Release Date (minimum paid must be $350)

  • The first game including the pre-season (full fees must be paid to play)

 

If you require alternate payment arrangements, you must email the registrar or discuss in person at registration days. This must be arranged before your child’s first practice. Failure to make arrangements with the registrar could result in your registration being canceled.

If you require additional funding please view the financial assistance page and email the registrar or discuss at in-person registration days.

Failure to meet payment dates could result in equipment not being released to your player or your player not being allowed to play in games.
