Organization

The North Edmonton Minor Football Association (N.E.M.F.A.), was created to provide a full-contact minor football program for boys and girls in North Edmonton.  The Association: (1) provides for recreation of its members; (2) encourages and promotes its program of minor football; (3) provides all necessary equipment and items for carrying on its objective; and (4) acquires lands, by purchase or otherwise, erect or otherwise providing a building for its community purpose.

N.E.M.F.A. is non-profit association formed under the Societies Act of Alberta in 1993.  There are no paid staff members within the organization and we turn no child away due to financial difficulty.  In order to maintain this vibrant athletic program for the children of North Edmonton, our organization’s operation depends heavily on the fundraising efforts and dedication of our many parents and volunteers.

N.E.M.F.A. is one of only two football organizations serving North Edmonton.
