It is with great sadness the Edmonton Seahawks announce the loss of one of our own. Ishaq Assaf played many years for our club and was full of energy both on and off the field. He was a force to be reckoned with and will be remembered fondly by the players, coaches and staff lucky enough to have known him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends while they deal with this immense loss. Once a Seahawk, always a Seahawk, taken far too soon.

July 29th 2017 the Seahawks lost our founding father, Marv Mills. His love of football was second to none and only surpassed by his dedication to the children of North Edmonton. His memory lives on in our volunteers and every child that begins a love of this great game through our program. He may be gone, but is never forgotten. Rest in peace!
