Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Any registration, withdrawal, or refund questions can be emailed to: nemfa.registrar@gmail.com.
If your player is withdrawing from the Seahawks, you must inform your coaches, your team manager, and the registrar. The email to the registrar must include the child’s full name as well as what level they play.
There is a $50.00 administration fee for all withdrawals with refunds, there are no refunds after the registration date closes.
The CDMFA Membership, CDMFA Fundraising Fee, and Football Alberta Membership Fees are non-refundable $170 for tackle and $97 for flag.
The $20 pub night fundraiser tickets are non refundable.

No refunds will be issued after the 1st league event (this includes Jamborees and scrimmages against other teams) or close of the registration date, whichever happens first.
No withdrawal will be considered final until all equipment is returned to NEMFA.
