Registration is opening January 12, 2025.
After completing your online registration during in-person registration days or the first practice of the season parents are expected to provide the following:
Practices begin in March and are one or two days a week. Additional practices may happen as the schedule changes.
Practice schedule will be available on the website and through the SportsEngine App.
Possible Practice Locations:
A Volunteer Commitment Cheque of $100 is required on the first day of practice. Optionally the volunteer commitment can be paid out at $100 at the in person registration days or at the first practice. Board Members and Team Staff are exempt from this commitment cheque.

A volunteer commitment cheque of $100 is required by the first practice. Optionally you can pay out your volunteer commitment with $100.
Once you have worked your volunteer commitment your cheque can either be returned or destroyed. If you have not completed your commitment by the end of the season your cheque will be cashed. If you have multiple kids in the program, you will only need to have one volunteer commitment. Sign up based on your oldest child's age group.

Volunteer Sign Up will happen at time of registration.
Board Members and Team Staff are exempt from the Volunteer Commitment.
Families are expected to help with fundraising across the organization. The major fundraising efforts is a pub night as well as the chocolates fundraiser.
Chocolates Fundraiser
Part of your fees include a $100 for a box of chocolates. These fees can be recovered by selling the chocolates.

Source a bottle of alcohol for the liquor basket – OR – source a donation from a business for the silent auction
A Donation letter can be provided for those sourcing a donation from a business

If you require alternate payment arrangements, you must email the registrar or discuss in person at registration days. This must be arranged before your child’s first practice. Failure to make arrangements with the registrar could result in your registration being canceled.
If you require additional funding please view the financial assistance page and email the registrar or discuss at in-person registration days.
Failure to meet payment dates could result in equipment not being released to your player or your player not being allowed to play in games.
